Spread your cat's favourite wet or raw food and/or treat over mat surface with the back of a spoon or spatula. Embed food or treat for a greater challenge once your cat has become comfortable with the LickiMat. Please read the introduction notes on inside of pack. To avoid food stains, wash and dry after every use. Make sure to completely dry lickimat before storing. Hand wash only. How to Introduce your Cat to LickiMat: Important Tips! Hand wash before first use and after every use. Place or spread your cat's favourite food and/or treat over mat surface with back of a spoon or spatula. You can mix different food types and treats without a mess. For a longer reward challenge, embed food or treat into the LickiMat surface once your cat is comfortable with the new feeder. Please do not wash this LickiMat in the dishwasher - the rubber may bend during the drying cycle. Hand wash after every use. Please dry after hand washing. It is essential to supervise your cat when introducing any new food related item. 1. Lightly spread food in the center of the LickiMat with a spoon or spatula, staying away from the edges.
