Do not leave microwave unattended.): 700; 7 to 8 min time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water. Cover; cook over medium heat 10 to 14 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Keep frozen.
