Keep refrigerated. To Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in a cold frying pan. Cook slowly over low heat. Turn occasionally to cook evenly. Allow 6-8 minutes cooking time. Drain on absorbent paper or napkin. To Microwave: Place a paper towel in bottom of a 2-quart glass baking dish. Separate 6 slices of bacon and lay flat in dish. Cover with paper towel.
