Made with delicious golden wheat and protein from lentils, chickpeas, and peas, Barilla Protein+ pasta provides a good source of protein for the whole family with 17g of protein per 3.5oz serving. BARILLA Protein Plus pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil for 7-9 minutes. We love to cook our pasta for 7 minutes, but you can add 1-2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.

1. Bring 4–6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. 2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1–2 minutes. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
