Authentic Asian rice recipe serves 6 (1-1/2 cups of cooked rice per serving). 1. Put 3 cups of rice in 2 quart pan. Wash and drain 1-2 times. 2. Add 4 cups of water. (For dryer rice, add less water). 3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 1 minute on medium high heat. 4. Cover pan and turn to low heat: simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. For perfect rice every time, Niko Niko and Sun Luck recommend using an automatic rice cooker.
